CHO Yongpil
CHO Yong-pil is a Korean pop singer born in 1950. He is considered to be one of the most influential singers of all time.
Since his debut single "Come Back to Busan" in 1975 brought him to national attention, all of his albums have become hits.
One million copies of his album were sold in the shortest period in Korea (1980) along with a total of 10 million copies of albums
sold for the first time in Korea (1994).
Cho led the recent Korean pop culture boom in neighboring Asian countries and also the first Korean pop singer to perform at
Carnegie Hall in the United States (1980).
He performed a concert in Pyongyang, North Korea, in 2005, an extremely rare event for a South Korean singer.
Cho is truly the greatest artist ever in the history of Korean pop music.

Rain, the male Korean pop singer, dancer, model and actor; has been appointed as a PR Embassador for the 2011 IAAF World
Championships in Athletics.
He debuted in 2002 with the album "Bad Guy" where he was introduced to the media through his stage name, Rain.
His third album "It’s Raining" sold over 1 million copies in Asia earning him to the title of the "King of Asian Pop."
In 2007 Rain topped Time Magazine’s online poll as the most influential person in the world and made it into People’s 2007
